First of all, if you have any doubts about using one of our products, don't hesitate to contact us at laforgedemegeve@gmail.com.

To return,  please contact us at laforgedemegeve@gmail.com, we will give you the address to return the goods.

Here are the conditions for a refund: 

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returns on personalised products are not accepted.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

We advise you to choose a method of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, no refund will be made..
